Herbal Green Tea For Weight Control

Ingredients:

  1. Water – 8 glass
  2. Jasmine Green Tea – 6 tsp
  3. Cloves – 2 to 3
  4. Licorice (Mulaithi) – 1 small pieces
  5. Green cardomoms – 4 to 5
  6. Garlic Finely chopped – 1 ½ tsp
  7. Ginger – 1 small slices
  8. Onion seeds (Kalonji) – 2 pinch
  9. Cinnamon (Darchini) – 2 to 3 pieces
  10. Mint Leaves – 4 to 5 leaves
  11. Honey – to taste
Method
Take a pan, add 8 glasses of water, Jasmine Green Tea, cloves, Licorice, Cardamom, Garlic, Ginger, onion seeds and cinnamon sticks. Cook ’til it reaches the boiling point. Stop cooking when only about 6 glasses of water remains. Sprinkle mint leaves as required.
Serve with 1 tsp of Honey in a cup. Along with this green tea, do exercise and take 1 tablet of anti-oxidant multivitamin containing Beta Carotene, Zinc oxide, Selenium, Lycopene such as Multicentrum etc.
